What Trucking Companies Hire Recent Grads Of Truck Driving School?
I am graduating CDL school and beginning the process of looking for a job. I need to know what OTR companies will hire recent graduates w/ no professional experience. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

The big ones… Swift, Knight, Werner, JB Hunt, Schneider, etc. Check with the bog ones, they can afford the extra insurance.

I found that just about all of the companies want and will hire recent Grads from trucking schools.
I myself was a grad from a trucking school years ago and i was surprized at the fact everyone wanted to hire me.
I decided on the company that i wanted to work for and the first 6 months was tough because f not knowing my way around but soon after everything was fine and the real lessons of truck driveing began.
I asked my Terminal Manager why i got hired over experiewnced drivers and his answer was because you have’nt developed unsafe habits like they have and he prefered someone right out of school to hire.
I told one of the guys i went to school with and he got hired to and that was many years ago.
I am now retired and never had one charageable accident and i loged over a million accident free miles, i sure miss not being on the road anymore.
Things are so different today because you have cell phones and GPS units and tey sure beat the old cb raidos that we had to use.
