What Is A Good Job For Someone In Their 40’s.?

I want to go to college and was thinking about a new career,
maybe welding, truck driver, but don’t really know. I can’t do a lot of back breaking work anymore. Anyone got any good ideas. I can’t handle a lot of blood and guts so the medical field is out of the question unless it’s administative. I’m also thinking of a job that is recession proof and will accept older people.
