What Degree Should I Work Towards, I Am A Truck Driver With Alot Of Knowledge.?

I am Truck Driver of 8 years, currently a CDL instructor. I have been complimented for doing a good job as both and I love my job and I am good at it. But looking to better myself in the industry. I have an AA in criminal Justice, but don’t want to be a cop. Looking to get a B.A. What B.A. degree is related to the truck driving industry, how can I benefit from my current experience as CDL driver and instructor. People are always telling me I could be doing much more but what?
