Truck Driving Schools?

Im looking into Truck Driving schools but dont know where to began, do to the fact that every thing that i read about online say that they are mostly scams.. so how do i find the right one? should i just spend the money and go to the community college for it?? i would like go through a company so i have a job once i get trained and ive been told that they pay for your school that way.. please help!! I live in Boise, Idaho..
