I don’t think so. Best thing is to call one of the major lines, Bison, challenger, etc. in the morning and check with them. you might pull it off if your a us citizen, however that also raises a whole bunch of other issues. In general terms, only one licence, drawn on your home province.
No, most drive like normal automobiles. you just have a wider turning radius. I learned to drive one in less than a day. CDL is real easy to get, I just had to apply, get my picture took and the DMV gave it to me. Didn’t even have to drive for them.
