I Have A Cdl License, My Company Sent Me For A Drug Test Can The Mro Report To The Dmv If I Fail My Drug Test?

i smoked about three hits from ajoint 6 days before the drug test but i drank alot of water before it and drank one of those cleansing drinks so im not sure if i’ll pass. but will i get reported to the dot if it was a company drug test?
