Odd Question Regarding Truck Driving Please Read Important Really Important?

in a very strange way i was charged with dangerous driving and leaving the scence of an accident . all off road and not in a truck. anyway i could not get a lawyer . the charges or evidence was so stupid the judge did this thing were i now have my licence even though my record says dangerous driving. odd. here is the thing in 1.5 years this matter all details of it everthing ever written about it anywhere will be sealed locked away from all eyes. permentally . thats great . however the dick that had me charged with dangerous driving is my former boss. note i did nothing he did it. but in one and a half years i will not be able to use him as a reference or even as something to list as a place of work . i will then be able to show only 9 months of driving not the 1year and 10 months of trouble free driving . again every note is sealed no cop no insurance no judge may ever see my record in 1.5 years. do you think i will ever end up with another driving job . tractor trailer long haul to usa is what i did . but i would certainly drive tractor trailer around canada if someone offered. what do you think of my chances please someone needs to tell me the people i know are not drivers so they really no nothing . i am really needing a driver to tell me what you think. please. thanks.

ok i have an A class licence. that is a tractor trailor. anyway . before i was freaked by backing up. now i am calmer . i have driven smaller trailers for a moving company. i also have a hard time with directions but i have a gps. monday i start with a new company and drive on my own to the usa. from canada.
2 years ago when i tried this with a trainer in the truck i quit when i got home and ended up in the nut house for a time.
this was all due to anxiety . how can i keep this all in check so i dont fail . please help.

What Are The Laws Regarding Prescription Pain Meds(including Methadone)when Driving Class A Trucks?

I am planning on getting my class A license and a long haul truck driving job. I have had to take pain meds in the past for back pain. Is it legal to take prescription pain meds while driving the big rigs. The pain meds that work for me are oxycodone(percacet) or methadone.

Do you think I would be disqualifed if I had a mental illness such as in my case psychotic depression which I take meds for and am in control of my life. I asked this question before and would like some more opinons. Thanks.
