A CDL is issued by state DMV/DOTs, not the military.
You can obtain all the training and experience needed in the Marines. Then take your military license and training records to the state DMV. Each state will have the own policy on giving you credit for training etc.

No, most drive like normal automobiles. you just have a wider turning radius. I learned to drive one in less than a day. CDL is real easy to get, I just had to apply, get my picture took and the DMV gave it to me. Didn’t even have to drive for them.

You can as long as it is older than one year old, paid your restoration fees in order to have a valid regular license, and pay your fees for applying for your CDL.
You might have a hard time getting hired by a reputable company for a while.
just pickup a study book, depending on how fast a learner you are….then take the written test.
