I’m planning on moving from Wisconsin to Virginia in about 6 months. If I got my Class A CDL here in WI, will I have to retake the exams when I move?

From the looks of things, you do not need a CDL or a passenger endorsement to drive a Limousine.
You may want to contact the Illinois department of licensing and ask them directly. There might be something not listed in the website below.
