I Would Like To Change My Career. Please Help!?

I was wondering if any of you had any ideas on what I could do for a new career. My husband lost his job again and I want to take over with making the money, so I do not have to worry so much. Right now I work in the medical field and do not like it at all. The only career that I can think of doing would be over the solo road truck driver. Thanks for your help.

Micheal Waltrip Ruined His Career By Taking On Toyota Motor Sports.?

He was getting to be a wash up when he left D.E.I and they knew this… Then he thinks he can have a team on his own… He fails.. Then he takes on Toyota and him and most of his cars don’t even qualify… They say it will take a couple years for the conversion to happen but if they are not making any money how are they going to survive and and try to make a name for Toyota…. I think someone else should have took on Toyota instead of Waltrip…….. What a way to finish your career…… Cheating and unsuccessful……… Toyota is good in the Truck series…….

I’m in my second year of mechanics but i feel that i should be in law enforcement. i’m 20 years old and i’m looking for advice. i enjoy working on trucks but every time i see a cop i feel that’s what i should be doing.

Is A Career In The Navy Right For Me?

Here’s the deal… I’m 23, have no college education, just barely graduated high school, have been through over 20 jobs since graduating high school (none of which paid more than 10 bucks an hour), have severely screwed up my credit, and I’m not even allowed to have a bank account for 3 and a half more years.
I’m tired of living my life like a crushed soda can beneath a truck, so I’m considering a career in the Navy because I want to be something other than a loser.
I am very interested in becoming an officer (Master At Arms?) but I’m not sure if that’s something that’s feasible for me or not. If I’m given a clean slate going in and granted the opportunity to become an officer, I will do whatever it takes!
Unfortunately, I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to the military, and I was hoping that someone could inform me a little better. I’ve been doing some research but can’t seem to get a clear answer.

Milwaukee Wisconsin to town of 9,000 in southern Indiana. Management position that pays handsomely with room for advancement. No girl. No kids. No roots. Friends vs peace and quiet. Concrete jungle vs campfires. Street lights vs stars. I don’t have a truck or a gun and this city’s online paper had pictures of pig wrestling at the county fair; however I could use some time to catch up on reading, writing, or continuing my education. Any advice?

A Career Choice – Kill Or Save Lives?

Can’t help but feel slightly disturbed by the reports in the British media regarding Prince Harry’s tour of duty in Afghanistan. They’ve been banging on all night about what a Rambo he is for risking his life and I have even seen an interview in which he has said that his mother would be proud of his actions.
For a while I agreed and thought “good on him!”.
Then I thought, hang on, his mother was all about anti-mine charities and other good causes that save the lives of the poor and oppressed.
If he was intent on doing good and saving lives then shouldn’t he be focusing his efforts in those areas instead of killing people (as much as the media report they deserve it)?
Yes, I know I sound like a bleeding-heart liberal but my point is that if he was intent on continuing his mother’s work, then why does it have to entail him killing other people rather than saving lives? Surely it is more noble to drive a truck full of food into Darfur rather than spotting for bombers in Afghanistan?

Getting Started In A Real Estate Career “need Help”?

I’m trying to start a real estate career and need help with somethings. First of all I started real estate because my wife and I had a baby that has a life threatening disease “www.mckenziecarey.com for more imfo” and did it for a year then had to put my licence up for two years in order to get my baby the help she needed. Which i was working a full time job driving a truck and also working on a foundation to help these children faced with the same thing. Well doing all that was too much to handle so I put real estate on hold for a little while. Which now I’m not working a full time job anymore because of workman comp issues and my attorney asked me if I had any other skills I told him i was a realtor and he told me now is time to get back in it because i probably not going to be able to go back to that job anymore. Now thats my story and I’m ready to do real estate but i need help big time. Can someone give me a play by play lock solid way to do real estate.

Well im only 15 atm but when I was younger I always wanted to be a cop which my mom really loved cause she thinks it will help support a family and everything but lately I’ve seen trucks and have always been in to sights so I was looking up trucking. There is a show on the History channel that I love called “Ice road truckers” and been hoping to get in to that kinda stuff.
I’ll be going to college in 3 years and really wanted to try and start trucking at 18 but my parents want me to go to college first before I start careers and I feel is pointless if im going to be a trucker.
My mom has been giving me a hard time lately like saying “oh i heard police salaries are double truckers” etc and she just isn’t supporting me at all. it’s bothering and I don’t want to crush her feelings by telling her to shut up and back off etc.
What should I do?
