Can I Get A Truck Driving Job Being A Ex Con And Am Bot On Parole Or Probation?

I have my CDL learners permitt. I can get funding for a CDL at the local Community College by Virginia DRS.
They only want me to have atleast a offer before they put in the go ahead.
