Need Help Bad Please. Trucking Jobs.?

In 2007 I graduated from one the truck driving schools in my home town.
And then i went to work for one the companies the school sets you up with. American eagle. Its was ok, I finish the training program, but did want to work for the company. So I went to Werner Ent. I worked for them for 6months, in those 6 months i had 2 incidents 1 was I did’nt turn out far enough and my back trailor tires ran over a patch of grass on the side to the drive through leaving 2 tire marks on the ground.
#2 I had to back into a warehouse where the dock is inside. well I did that part fine. But when i was pulling out the left trailor door got caught behind the framing of the warehouse door and ripped the three hinges off the trailorl No cars and No trucks were involved with either of these incidents. And with both jobs they have let me go plus all of this is on my dak report. Now when i try to fine a job driving a truck, they won’t take me because of the things that are on my dak.
I need a job bad, and what is the point of having this dam cdl if nobody will hire me. Guys any help will be greatful. thanks so much.
