    OK-Here it goes:
First you are in a good position because you have internet. The best way to get a truck driving job or find someone to pay for your trucking school is to apply somewhere that has a ton of contacts in the trucking industry.
Many trucking companies will pay for your school. Trucking schools will VERY RARELY if EVER train you for your cdl for free. This is how they make their money.
Here are some trucking companies near Greenville, Michigan:http://www.bigrigjobs.com/Local_Trucking…
Here are a bunch of trucking schools in Michigan:http://www.bigrigjobs.com/Truck_Driver_R…
This is a list of trucking companies who hire recent graduates and will probably HIRE AND TRAIN your boyfriend for FREE:http://www.bigrigjobs.com/Truck-School-G…
And the best option is to just fill out the application and let the trucking companies contact you without you having to go to a million companies and spending all of that time. Let the trucking industry do it for you:http://www.bigrigjobs.com/Truck_Driving_…
Hope that this all helps with your situation!

I’d like to email you with some questions about truck driving. You don’t have your contact listed. Can you email me, please?

Many of the larger companys will train people for free, companies like Snieder, Swift, Werner, Cr England, US express and so will give you a little bit to live off of while your are in school and then pay for on the road training. Most will then require you to be employed by them for a year. Home time policys vary alot from carrier to carrier but in a big company most people are gone at least 2 weeks at a time. It is difficult to find a local of regional job right away with no experience but after 6 months to a year he would not have to much of a problem finding one and could just pay back the company for his traing if he left sooner than a year. One other option may be to look into an LTL carrier. They have many terminals and one is probably close to you. He may have to work on a dock for a while but these places to train and promote from within. Some examples would be fedex freight, coway, overnight, yellow old dominion. Trucking is a little difficult to get into but after a few years of sacrafice the rewards are great, I’ll give myself as example. I was broke and went to CFI, drove for a year then had the experience to move to better carriers and now work for a hazmat carrier that has me home every weekend and I make about 1400 a week, that has my house paid off, as many online college credits taken as possible and I almost have the money saved to by to a campus and finish my degree and will then leave trucking for good hopfully. Good luck.
