I’m Looking To Change Careers At Age 42, Any Ideas?

I have experience in sales, management, retail, restaurant, truck driving, radio, some accounting. I have very little college under my belt, no degree. I currently do oilfield hotshot with my own truck and trailer, I have been doing this for a little over a year. Prior to that I drove an 18 wheeler over the road with a friend of mine. I have a family and would like to get away from driving as it keeps me away from home for too long. Would really like a M-F job so that I can be home evenings and weekends. I do need to make at least $50K yr. Please, serious answers only. I’ve poured over job sites for the last couple of years to no avail. Thanks for your help in advance.
