I wanted to know because I am pursuing a career in CDL truck drivng.

trust me you will get plenty of exercice…..at least me and my mom did….she drove and got as much exercise as i did and i was only a ride on…just eat well and use bungees(small bungees) as tension pulls for ur arms and stuff…

No, there are not gyms in truck stops.
I do see drivers that have small portable bicycles, and sometimes regular bicycles, hooked up onto the back of their tractors. This enables them to at least go for a ride when they are off duty.
You can also take small free weights with you for toning and strength building.

You may want to try a national gym that allows you to use any of the companies fitness centers. Inquire on Bally Fitness. I do not know of any exercise centers at truck stops, however you could jog around the site. I would suggest following a strict diet that you can follow. Eliminate soda and fast food from your diet. Try subway or if you have to dine at a fast food restuarant then stick with a fat free option.
