I Had A Truck Driving Accident In October Of 2007, And I Lost My Job. Is There A Company That Will Hire Me?

I was driving on us 6 and turning onto us35 in wanatah, indiana. As i was on the on ramp, i felt something in my trailer jerk and next thing i know i wake up and the truck and trailer is on its side. i have 2 witnesses stating i was going the speed i said i was going, and no major damage was done except to the truck. It was not my fault, i couldnt even get into the trailer to check to see if it was loaded right because it was a sealed load. I recieved no citations, no points on my license, just a phone call saying that my employment was terminated. Is there anybody that knows of a company that will even listen to what i have to say b4 they hang up. I need to get back out on the road asap… Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
