You cannot get a work permit for Canada unless you have a job offer. I would advise you to search the internet for jobs in your field and then apply for them.
Once you have a job offer, then you should be granted a work permit. Bringing your wife and kids over here shouldn’t be too much of a big deal as long as you are all healthy and are legitimate.
