How Much Can A New P/t Truck Driver W/ A Cdl License Expect To Make?

It depends on what class of cdl and what type of part time work it is. If it is class B (non semi) making local deliveries…then perhaps between 12-15.00 an hour…if the pay is hourly.
If is cdl class A, then most likely it will be either hourly or mileage…local drivers at my company make $14-16.00 an hour to start. Most companies start mileage pay out at $.28-.32 cents per mile….some are higher, but few are lower.
