How Many Hours A Day Does The Average Truck School Graduate Work?

I need money and I know that there is a truck driving school right down the road from where I live.
But someone told me that they are on the road non stop and dont even get to go home for only one day a week.
For someone with a class A cdl that drives “longhaul” how much time am I going to be working as a recent graduate?
Hours a week and hours a day?
If you have any information on the Schneider Trucking Company and there hours that would also help.
I know that I am paid by the mile and not hourly I just want to know if all the money they pay is worth it or if I would be better off finding an hourly job somewhere.
Also if you could include your refference that would aid me in my decision.
