    That’s usually the drummer’s job.
Okay all kidding aside. Most bands that aren’t famous have one or two second hand cargo vans and they drive their own stuff to the show.
A lot of bands that are famous but not huge names usually hire a trucking company and take the driver the company sends. The manager of the band handles that and it’s not a big deal. About half of these bands have a road crew but usually it’s cheaper to rent the truck and driver than have extra guys on the payroll.
Years back a friend of mine was a roadie for Tom Waits. For him it was three months of hell. Bad food, dirty hotels, low pay and on top of that he says Tom Waits is a jerk with wicked BO.
Now if you’re big act like Springsteen where you’re playing stadiums then you can afford to cross the country in six tractor trailer trucks with hired drivers and a road crew. Once again the band manager handles these arrangements. Most of these professional drivers and roadies are part of a small circle of people known to industry insiders much the same as session musicians for recording work.

How long have you been driving? A few years should be enough to get in. Finding a company is just a matter of talking with a driver of one of those companies. A google search will also help.
Personally I have had offers and don’t want to run like that. It is right up there with moving cattle. But, yea some drivers like it. You just need to ask around that’s all.
    Goodluck
