How Can I Get A Trucking Job After I Have Had A Wreck And No One Will Hire Me?

im trying to get a job driving a truck but everyone is telling me well you need 12 months safe driving…well how can i get 12 months safe driviing if no one will hire me?? im tryin to find a company that will hire me ive tried just about every big company including swift….anyone have any suggestions id greatly appreciate it
