Getting Started In A Real Estate Career “need Help”?
I’m trying to start a real estate career and need help with somethings. First of all I started real estate because my wife and I had a baby that has a life threatening disease “www.mckenziecarey.com for more imfo” and did it for a year then had to put my licence up for two years in order to get my baby the help she needed. Which i was working a full time job driving a truck and also working on a foundation to help these children faced with the same thing. Well doing all that was too much to handle so I put real estate on hold for a little while. Which now I’m not working a full time job anymore because of workman comp issues and my attorney asked me if I had any other skills I told him i was a realtor and he told me now is time to get back in it because i probably not going to be able to go back to that job anymore. Now thats my story and I’m ready to do real estate but i need help big time. Can someone give me a play by play lock solid way to do real estate.

Seriously go talk to a broker, so far all of the links that I’ve seen in your answers are not even helpful. A broker will tell you how much to get started usually they will have you prepare a list of as many people and addresses as you can to get started with and so forth. Best wishes

If your real estate licence has expired, it’s time to apply again before you start…
Treat it as a business.
Draw up a plan.
Research your market plan.
Establish sales goals.
Create a financial budget.
Manage your health.
Find a mentor or coach.
