Getting A Job Using Cdl With A Reckless Driving Charge?
My brother has a reckless on his record. His truck driving company just downsized and he is out of a job. Where can we find him another job that will overlook his record in Indiana? Will anyone hire him?

Most companies won’t hire him if the charge is less than 5 years ago. I know that U S Express and Prime only go back 3 years. Prime wants you to become a lease operator though and you stay out forever.
He could try some smaller regional companies or maybe go with a place that runs dump trucks or straight trucks. Their insurance regs are often not as strict.

Company insurance will be a big factor. He shouldn’t count on getting a job with the higher pay. Most companies want clean driving records to save them money on insurance payments.
