Does Anyone Know If “area Truck Driving School” Is Legit?

I want to get trained so I can get a CDL, (probably class “A”) and I’m amazed at the number of scams and misinformation out there. I’m worried that I’ll get ripped off.
I found this one school: http://www.atdsus.com/
It “appears” to be legit, but will it give me what I really need to get a job?
I also see some people saying it’s better to try to get a job with a trucking company first, and have them provide you with the training / tuition etc….but then when I look for jobs like that online, I don’t see any that say they will hire a beginner and train them! They all want experienced, licensed drivers, and I don’t blame them…talk about the chicken and the egg…

JB Hunt no longer hires anyone with less than 6 months experience. However, Werner, Swift and Schneider all will train you and hire you with no experience. You will be required to sign at contract that you will work for them atleast 1 yr
