CDL Question – Class B w/ air brakes?
My job wants me to get my CDL Class B, with Air Brakes…. So, I’ve been studying, and am ready to take the test… now.. do I need to have taken a medical examination before taking my general knowlegde test for my class B temps?
Also, I need the Air Brake endorsement… there is a 25 question test for that… can I take that at teh same time of my general knowlegde test…? Do I have to wait? Do I have to wait till I pass my road test? The WI website doesn’t address any of this, and I’ve been on hold at the DMV for 30 minutes… it’s almost like they want you to come in and find out you can’t take your test….

You don’t have to worry about the medical examiners card til you get your license and a job.
A lot of times, your new employer will set you up for the physical.
The test is pretty easy, all true false, or multiple choice, I just took the exact thing you need.
You will take the general test first, then right after , the air brakes test will pop up.
Then if you pass, you can take your road test anytime you want
I didn’t have to drive, but I was in and out within an hour!
