Can I Get My Fl Cdl License Back After Getting Dui ?
i recently got a dui and i had a cdl license. can i get the cdl back ? if so do you know how long it should take ?

Federal regs http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/rules-regulatio… mandate disqualification is for 1 year. (unless you had Haz-mat. then it is 3 years) It may be more severe in your state, but I doubt it.
