Can Felony Charges Allow You To Keep Cdl License?

If you already have a CDL, having a felony charge will not make your license void.
BUT… it will seriously restrict you in terms of what you can haul and where you can go.
Therefore, it is a serious matter. Some trucking companies might even have to let you go.
Depending on the charge, if you have your CDL and are seeking employment, you may have a very difficult time finding someone to hire you.
Infractions (moving violations, etc…) on your license history make a big difference too. As do positive results from drug tests.
